How do we access the virtual platform?
a. Prior to the event, you will be sent a link to join the Conference, beginning at 10am ET on December 8. You will use the same login you setup when registering to access the Conference. You can come and go as you please from December 8-10. Recorded sessions will be available for one week after the Conference, through the virtual platform.
How will the overall Conference run?
a. Take a look at our agenda. All our sessions are outlined in detail, as well as specific times for each session. You will enter into the main Conference room and from there you can see presentations in the Auditorium, head over to our Exhibit Hall, Resource Showcase or Networking Lounge at the designated times.
How will the Conference presentations run?
a. Take a look at our agenda. All our presenters, topics and times are outlined in detail. You can see presentations by entering the Auditorium at the designated time from the main Conference room. Presentations will be broadcast via video. Each session will have a chat box where you can ask the presenters your questions.
What is the Exhibit hall?
a. The Exhibit hall will look and function just as it would in-person. You will see various booths setup around the room. You can click on a booth an interact with exhibitors. All booths will have resources you can access, videos to watch, and some will have the option to have video and text chat with exhibitors.
How will the networking lounge work?
a. The networking lounge will be open throughout the entire Conference, in which you can text and video chat with any other attendee. We will also have programming in the evenings in our Networking lounge, more details on those sessions to come.
What is AgExtras?
a. For only $150, attendees will have access to our speakers in follow-up sessions after the Conference! You can pick the brain of the speaker, ask in depth questions and have general discussion about issues they may be able to help with in a smaller group setting! You can register for AgExtras after AgEx ends, but our spots are limited so don’t miss out. The schedule for the sessions will be announced at a later date.
What if I can’t attend all of AgEx live?
a. You will have access to all the AgEx speaker sessions for up to a week after the Conference ends. Unfortunately, our Exhibit hall and networking lounge are only available for the duration of the Conference.
What if I need assistance?
a. If you need assistance at any time during the Conference, visit our Help Desk for help with using the platform and any questions you may have on Conference sessions.
